Pricing, availability, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Orders are subject to confirmation and to product availability at the time of fulfillment.

3. SMS Messaging Program Terms

The following terms apply to our SMS / text messaging program. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to the rest of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3.1 Program Description

Three Volcanoes Farm, LLC offers an SMS messaging program used to send the following types of messages to customers and prospective customers who have provided consent:

• Welcome package follow-up messages for prospective and new wholesale customers.
• Order confirmations, delivery notifications, and other transactional updates.

3.2 How You Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Three Volcanoes Farm in any of the following ways:

• Providing verbal consent at the point of sale.
• Providing verbal consent during a phone call with one of our team members.

3.5 Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us, and we will send a confirmation message and stop sending SMS messages to you. After the confirmation, no additional messages will be sent to you. If you want to rejoin the program, sign up as you did the first time, reply START, or contact us directly, and we will resume sending messages to you.

3.7 Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on all carriers.

3.8 Privacy

We respect your privacy. The information you provide in connection with the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
